Unknown Hebrides

Birlinn have commissioned me to produce images for several books, including 'Mull and Iona' a visual exploration of Mull, Iona and the surrounding islands; 'The West Coast', which explored the coast from Argyll to Sutherland, and 'Unknown Hebrides' which saw me visit over 35 islands from Argyll to Sutherland over the course of one summer, using ferries, my own sea kayak and hitching lifts on yachts and fishing boats. This was the last project I shot on film.
